Billy Strings & Don Julin - Rock Of Ages
Notes

  • Billy Strings:  Guitar, Banjo,Vocals

  • Don Julin: Mandolin, Vocals

  • The tones you will hear on this album were captured live on a couple of old ribbon mics, by two dudes in a basement studio. No overdubs, effects pedals, synthesizers or even reverb were used in the making of this recording. The songs on this album consist of a few originals, a few classic instrumentals and some good ol' bluegrass songs that have stood the test of time. This music has been passed down from generation to generation, and survived for years, as solid as a rock, throughout the ages.

Killer! You are listening to Billy dial in his sound. It is a good distance from what he is today, 11/23. He’s Shaping and molding his voice and playing style right before your ears… ??????
